Instead, I. immersed mysellf in cutting-edge academic literature, designing a comprehensive, self-administered protocol focused on neuroprotection, mitigating inflammation, and enhancing focus This meticulous process led to a significant realization: many elements of her MS protocol, including addressing deficiencies, dietary improvements, and the critical role of gut health, were directly relevant to the daily struggles of individuals with ADHD.
